Pot Roast Nachos
Ingredients
Beef Roast (I use 1-2 pounds depending on how many people I am feeding)
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup beef broth
Toppings: tortilla chips, onions, black beans, queso cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc
Directions
- Place beef roast in crockpot. Cover the roast with 1 packet taco seasoning.
- Add 1/2 cup beef broth to crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. After 8 hours, remove the roast from the crockpot and shred it.
- Put roast over tortilla chips and top with your favorite toppings!
