Mexican Street Corn Dip
Ingredients
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained (15.25 oz)
2 blocks cream cheese
1 block pepperjack cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup sour cream
Tajin seasoning (or chili lime seasoning)
Directions
- Spray crockpot with cooking spray to prevent dip from sticking.
- Place 2 cans corn, drained in crockpot. Add 2 block cream cheese and 1 block pepperjack cheese. Add 1/4 cup sour cream.
- Sprinkle Tajin (or chili lime seasoning) on top and place lid on crockpot.
- Place on low for 3 hours stirring occasionally. Add more seasoning before serving if desired.
- Use your favorite tortilla chips for dipping!
