3 large cans (12.5 oz) chicken breast (drained)
4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of onion soup
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 stick (8 Tbsp) butter
1 package chicken stuffing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a large bowl (or in stand mixer bowl), combine 3 cans drained chicken breast, 4 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can cream of onion soup, 1/4 tsp onion power and 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Mix together by hand or using stand mixer.
- In a separate microwave safe dish, melt 1 stick of butter. Add package of chicken stuffing mix to the butter and stir to combine.
- Spread 3/4 of the butter/stuffing mix mixture onto the bottom of your casserole dish. (Save 1/4 of it for the top)
- Spread the other mixture over the top.
- Top with remaining chicken stuffing mixture that you saved.
- Bake for 35 minutes or warm throughout and topping is browned.
